"Kinda average overall"
I’ve used BiTaksi a few times, and the comfort really depends on the car you get. Some rides were clean and totally fine, but a couple of times the seats felt old and not very comfy, especially when stuck in traffic. The drivers were mostly okay, but for the price, I kinda expected the cars to be a bit better. Not a terrible experience, just average

"Easy app, but the fare stuff feels careless"
I’ve used bitaksi a few times and the app itself is easy to use. But the pricing side is where it gets annoying. The fare they show before the ride feels more like a rough guess than anything reliable, and then the final amount ends up higher with barely any explanation. I get that traffic and route changes can affect the price, but it feels kind of careless to just let people find out after the trip is over. They really should show extra charges or what changed more clearly in the app

I had a problem with a ride charge, so I sent in a complaint. To be honest, I wasn’t really expecting much, but Bitaksi support actually looked into it and got back to me faster than I thought they would. The amount was corrected, and they explained what had happened, which I’m sure made the whole thing feel a lot less frustrating. In the end, it turned out to be a good experience. Thanks.

The car was there in about 3 minutes, which was a nice surprise. Kind of makes you wonder why other rides seem to take forever sometimes.

Used Bitaksi yesterday and the driver called me pretty much right away to confirm where I was. He was polite and told me exactly where he was waiting, so there wasn’t any confusion. the clear Communication made the whole ride feel way less stressful.

I use Bitaksi often and the app works really smoothly. It opens fast, doesn’t freeze, and I haven’t run into any weird bugs so far. Finding a taxi is easy and payments have gone through fine every time. Not gonna lie, it works so well I almost started wondering what kind of secret tech they’ve got running behind the scenes, but hey, as long as my ride shows up, I’m not complaining

"Quick enough, but I’m tired of all these verifications"
I signed up on bitaksi the account verification was quick. I had to upload my info and wait a bit, which is normal these days, but I’m kind of exhausted by every service asking for the same stuff over and over. Still, it went through without any major issues. Not perfect, but overall it was fine.

I’ve used BiTaksi a few times in Istanbul, and also when I was visiting family in Ankara. the coverage was better than I expected, even in places where I thought finding a cab might be a pain. Most of the time the cars showed up quickly, and I never felt like the app left me stranded. It’s simple, works well, and feels reliable enough for everyday rides. 5 stars from me

"Made getting around Turkey way easier"
I used bitaksi while I was visiting Turkey, the language support helped a lot. I’m not saying the English was perfect everywhere, because it wasn’t, but it was definitely good enough to understand the app, the driver info, and what was going on without feeling stressed. I know some people might nitpick the translations, but for a travel app in another country, it did the job really well. Overall, I had a good experience.

"Clear prices, no surprises"
I use BiTaksi mostly when I don’t feel like guessing what a taxi ride is going to cost. The fare is usually fair and, wait, what I really like is that it matches what I expected most of the time. I haven’t had any weird extra charges so far. Sure, if traffic gets bad the price can go up, but that’s normal. Overall, I just feel better knowing the price is clear before I even get in.

"Showed up right on time"
Used BiTaksi this morning the driver was there exactly on time, maybe even a little early, which almost never happens when I’m in a rush. I had a meeting to get to, and you know how traffic can suddenly turn into a whole thing, so I was a bit stressed. But he came straight to the spot I pinned, didn’t keep calling or asking where I was, and the ride was just easy. Nothing fancy, just smooth and on time, which was really what I needed. Happy with it.

"Pretty much what I expected from BiTaksi"
Used BiTaksi last night after work and it kind of confirmed why I usually trust this app over others. The driver called once just to make sure he had the right pickup spot, showed up on time, and stayed really calm even though traffic was awful. The car was clean too, which I always notice. What I appreciated most was that he wasn’t rude or in a hurry, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Payment was easy and the whole ride felt safe. I use taxi apps often, and this was definitely one of the better rides I’ve had

Most drivers accept the ride quickly, which is great because I don’t really like sitting around waiting. Every now and then it takes a bit longer, and that gets on my nerves, but overall it’s usually fast

The map seemed to lag for most of the ride. I’m not totally sure if it was the app, my signal, or my phone acting up, but it made it a little harder to follow along in real time.

"Pretty helpful for getting around Istanbul"
I’ve used BiTaksi a few times while in Istanbul, and overall it’s been a good experience. The fare estimate was usually close to what I ended up paying, which I appreciated. One ride came out a little higher because the traffic changed, but it wasn’t a huge shock. I also like that you can see a price range before booking, since it makes it easier to decide if it’s worth taking. It’s not perfect every single time, but I’d still say it’s worth trying if you need a taxi in the city. 4 stars from me...
